Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NORMEIX at normeix.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract to use NORMEIX. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Your account

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• Usernames must follow our published rules (3–15 characters; letters, numbers, periods, underscores).
• You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. Deletion is permanent and removes cloud data as described in the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse NORMEIX, including harassing other users, attempting to access accounts you do not own, interfering with study rooms or the service, scraping or reverse engineering the app, or using the service for unlawful purposes.

Membership and billing

New accounts receive a 15-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid membership unless we grant access otherwise. Payment terms, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are described in our Billing Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Intellectual property

NORMEIX, its branding, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal, non-commercial study purposes while your account is in good standing.

User content and social features

You are responsible for how you interact with friends and study rooms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.

Disclaimer

NORMEIX is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific study outcomes, or error-free operation. The timer and social features are tools to support your habits — not professional, medical, or academic advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NORMEIX and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or USD $10 if you have not paid us.

Termination

You may stop using NORMEIX at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service and other users.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
