Billing Policy

This Billing Policy describes how NORMEIX memberships, trials, payments, cancellations, and refunds work. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Free trial

  • Every new account includes a 15-day free trial with full app access.
  • No credit or debit card is required to create an account or during the trial.
  • When the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using NORMEIX (unless we grant access otherwise).

Plans and pricing

Current plans are shown on Pricing and in Account → Membership:

  • Monthly — $1.99/month, billed monthly.
  • 6 months — $4.99 prepaid for six months.
  • 12 months — $8.99 prepaid for twelve months.

Prices may change for new purchases in the future. Existing prepaid terms generally run through the period you paid for.

When you are charged

Card details are collected only at Stripe checkout — never during signup. By completing checkout, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the selected plan. Monthly plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled.

Managing billing

Subscribers with an active Stripe subscription can use Manage billing in Account → Profile or Membership to update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel monthly renewal through the Stripe customer portal.

Cancellation

  • Monthly: Cancel anytime from Manage billing. Access continues through the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Prepaid (6 or 12 months): Prepaid periods are not refunded when you stop using the app early. Access remains through the end of the prepaid term.

Refund policy — all purchases are final

All membership purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

This includes monthly subscriptions, prepaid 6-month plans, and prepaid 12-month plans. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of your account while the matter is reviewed.

If you are unhappy with the product

If you believe there was a billing error or you are dissatisfied with NORMEIX, please open a support ticket at Help & support (or Account → Help when signed in). Our team will review your ticket and determine the appropriate outcome. Submitting a ticket does not guarantee a refund or credit.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry billing through Stripe and may suspend access until payment is resolved.

Taxes

Displayed prices may not include applicable taxes. Stripe may calculate and collect tax where required.
