Yes. Every new account gets 15 days of full access with no credit or debit card at signup. You are only charged if you choose a paid plan through Stripe checkout after signup (during or after your trial). See Pricing and our billing policy.
When your 15-day trial ends, you need an active membership to keep using NORMEIX. Subscribe anytime from Account → Membership. If you do not subscribe, the app will prompt you to choose a plan when you sign in.
If you have an active Stripe subscription, open Account → Profile and tap Manage billing, or use Manage billing on your monthly plan in Membership. That opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel monthly renewal or update your card. Prepaid 6- and 12-month plans run through the end of the term you paid for.
All purchases are final — we do not offer refunds except where required by law. If you are unhappy or believe there was an error, open a support ticket at Contact support. Our team will review it and determine the outcome. Details are in our billing policy.
Yes. Sign in with the same account on any supported browser. Your settings, stats, checklist, friends, and session history sync through the cloud automatically when you are online.
Focus is a customizable focus timer (countdown or stopwatch) with a checklist and study stats. Pomodoro adds short and long break rhythms. Friends lets you find people by @username, send requests, and study together in private or shared rooms.
Search for a username and send a friend request. When accepted, they appear in your Friends list. You can create or join study rooms to sync focus sessions with others. Pending and incoming requests are organized in tabs on the Friends panel.
On the log in page, choose Log in, then Forgot password? Enter your account email and follow the link we send. Reset links open on our password reset page.
Go to Account → Profile, scroll to Delete account, and confirm. This permanently deletes your study data, friends, settings, profile, username, and cloud sync data. It cannot be undone.
NORMEIX keeps sign-in separate from the main app. If you are not signed in and open the app, you are sent to login.html to sign up or log in. After authentication, you return to the full app automatically.
