Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 9, 2026
NORMEIX is committed to making our focus timer and study tools usable by as many people as possible. We aim to follow widely recognized practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where feasible.
What we support today
- Keyboard-accessible navigation for major app controls, tabs, and forms.
- Visible focus states and semantic headings on public pages.
- Light and dark themes for readability and reduced eye strain.
- Adjustable accent colors in Settings.
- Screen-reader labels on key actions such as theme toggle, timer controls, and dialogs.
- Responsive layout for phones, tablets, and desktops.
Known limitations
- Some visual timer elements (progress rings and charts) are primarily visual; we continue improving text alternatives and announcements.
- Real-time study rooms and friend notifications may update frequently; we are working on clearer live-region messaging.
- Third-party checkout (Stripe) follows Stripe's own accessibility experience when you manage billing.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter a barrier using NORMEIX, please tell us so we can improve. Open a ticket at Help & support with category Technical issue or email support@normeix.com (coming soon). Include the page, device, browser, and what you were trying to do.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is ongoing work. We review new features for contrast, keyboard use, and clear labels as NORMEIX evolves.
